This work was created in response to an ecological issue, symbolizing the destruction of flora and fauna. Abstract printed forms of various insects have been cut and sewn into simple, strictly defined shapes, evoking the appearance they have when observed through a digital lens. In the future, this very process of digitalization could become their only preserved memory.
