Plates are representing the community, the people who sat together at one table but as things started changing they started becoming strangers, unrecognizable to each other.

The first plate is a simple one, useable, porcelain, representing the past; the before.

Second one is a little house where children played together despite the differences.

Third one is a simple white plate with red veins to show the human side.

Fourth one is a deconstructed table cloth, a beginning of the change.

Fifth is red with a see through of white, new reality has begun to take shape

but you can still sense the old.

Last one is a completely red with bloody stitches; the after.

Love that became hatred, brothers that became enemies, communities torn apart.
